1. Subscriptions and Fees

Uptek offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay Shopify the monthly fees indicated.

Uptek reserves the right to offer extended trial periods, promotional pricing, or free access to premium (Pro) features to selected users, partners, or beta-testers at its sole discretion. These special arrangements may be granted via private plans or direct authorization within the application code.

3. Limitation of Liability

Uptek is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
